How to use
For best results, integrate this retinol oil into your nightly skincare routine. Apply a small amount to cleansed and toned skin, avoiding the eye area. Make sure skin is dry before applying.
Given the concentration of retinol, remember to avoid daytime use and always apply sunscreen during the day when using retinol products in your skincare regimen.
To achieve the best results without overwhelming your skin, follow the step-by-step acclimatisation process.
Initial Phase – Building Tolerance:
- Limit usage to three times per week at night, eventually increasing to every other night as tolerated.
- Evenly apply the oil over the face, neck, and areas with visible lines using your ring finger for delicate pressure.
Weeks 1-2 – Adaptation Period:
- Apply every other night focusing on targeted areas such as under the eyes, around the mouth, the forehead, and neck.
Week 3 and Beyond – Full Integration:
- Gradually transition to nightly application, spreading the oil to the entire face after cleansing and applying essence or serum.
- Continue monitoring skin tolerance and adjust accordingly.
Reminder:
Every skin type is unique, and the tolerance-building phase may vary. If discomfort occurs, maintain the initial phase until the skin fully adapts. Over time, as your skin becomes more accustomed to retinol, you can safely increase the frequency and application area for more comprehensive benefits.

RETURNS
Any unopened product can be returned and fully refunded or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase.

Our aim is to make sure you are happy with your purchase from K Beauty UK.
If you are unhappy with your purchase we can offer you a refund or an exchange. You have up to 30 days from the date of receiving your order to return unused item(s) to us in order to receive a refund or an exchange.
Products we cannot refund or exchange
Unless there is something wrong with the item(s) or it does not correspond with the description on K Beauty UK unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange in respect of the following:
- Unsealed cosmetics, for example if you remove the hygiene seals and tags from a product
- Products that become mixed inseparably with other items, after delivery
- Products that have been used
- Products that are not in their original packaging
- Personalised or made to measure products
- Perishable products, products liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
Returning your order
Step 2 Pack up your return in the original packaging (or equivalent) to ensure adequate protection in transit. Kindly note that we are only able to exchange or refund goods that are returned to us in their original unopened form and in a resalable condition.

Step 3 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. These shipping costs are non-refundable.
Step 4 You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Processing your refund
Please note that it can take up to 14 days from you returning your item(s) to receive your refund. We will credit your payment card (provided payment has already been debited from your payment card) with the price of the item(s) you are returning.
Your refund
a) We may reduce your refund (excluding delivery costs) to reflect any reduction in the value of the product, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way that means you have not taken reasonable care. We ask that you exercise reasonable care by not removing the seals while examining the item(s), unless you are certain that you intend to keep them.
b) If we refund you the price paid before we are able to inspect the item(s) and later discover you have handled them in an unacceptable way, you must pay us an appropriate amount to cover the reduction in value of the product.
