Our aim is to make sure you are happy with your purchase from K Beauty UK. 

If you are unhappy with your purchase we can offer you a refund or an exchange. Any unopened product can be returned and fully refunded or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase.

K-Beauty UK will refund your payment for the goods as soon as possible by the original payment method. Once your refund has been processed, it can take your card provider 5 working days to credit your account. 

 

Products we cannot refund or exchange
Unless there is something wrong with the item(s) or it does not correspond with the description on K Beauty UK unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange in respect of the following:

- Unsealed cosmetics, for example if you remove the hygiene seals and tags from a product
- Products that become mixed inseparably with other items, after delivery
- Products that have been used
- Products that are not in their original packaging
- Personalised or made to measure products
- Perishable products, products liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly

 

Returning your order from the UK

Step 1: Contact Customer Service if you wish to arrange an exchange. For a return, there's no need to get in touch. 

Step 2: Pack up your return in the original packaging (or equivalent) to ensure adequate protection in transit.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. These shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend that you use a tracked shipping service and that you keep a copy of your postage receipt and tracking number.

 

Returning your order from outside the UK

Please tell us that you wish to return or exchange item(s) by getting in touch with our Customer Service Team by email: at hello@k-beauty.co.uk. Please provide your name, home address, details of the order, your telephone number and email address in order to enable us to deal with your request. We will advise you of the best way to send your item(s) back to us.

Opened or used products that you are not completely satisfied with can be returned for an exchange ( if specified) or refunded automatically onto a GIFT CARD ONLY within 30 days of purchase, with proof of purchase. 

 

Please be advised that previously exchanged products cannot be exchanged a second time or refunded.

Terms and Conditions*

We advise that you keep a copy of your postage receipt with your tracking number. We're only responsible for your return once it has been received at our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned, and cannot be exchanged or refunded. This Excludes gift cards and samples. Exchanges for a product of lesser value will have the remainder refunded on to a gift card. Our satisfaction guarantee does not extend to a previous return if it is not in its original condition. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded.

For electrical devices, the warranty period falls in line with the brand in question’s warranty period. Please visit the brand's website for further information. For our UK customers, sale items can be returned within 30 days of purchase with a proof of purchase. 

K-Beauty UK will refund your payment for the goods as soon as possible by the original payment method. In addition to our returns policy, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. Where goods are delivered to a third party you may also exercise this right if you are able to return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. Your statutory rights are not affected. Once your refund has been processed, it can take your card provider 5 working days to credit your account. In the interests of preventing or investigating fraudulent activity: (a) we may contact you regarding returns activity which is suspicious, and/or (b) we reserve the right to deactivate any account which is engaged in suspicious activity.

This Returns Policy does not affect your legal rights.
